-
Established in 2022 by George Joubert, Flourish Cannabis focuses on excellent organic African cannabis and the land, skills and market to grow it for. Uniquely able to bridge the divide between those who traditionally have grown the plant and the premium cannabis market looking for exceptional product, Flourish Cannabis is the de facto standard when it comes to excellent African landraces.
Whether you are looking for outstanding African genetics, needing your strains tested or looking for a market for your cannabis goods and services, you'd be well advised to get hold of us. We are able to navigate the pitfalls of this nascent industry whilst giving you the sort of advice that will be noticed on your bottom line.

Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE)
For more than two decades George has worked as an entrepreneur in the Media, Hospitality and Property industries. George set up Flourish Property in 2015 to broker property deals which improve lives and enhance our planet. Hemp as a building material will go a very long way to mitigate the tremendous toll our current building practices exact on the environment.
Instrumental in establishing African Cannabis Enterprises (ACE) - a company that brought together Commercial fruit farmers and developers of Plant Breeders Rights – Top Fruit (PTY) Ltd with some of South Africa’s foremost Breeders of Cannabis. Ace provided a platform for breeders of African landrace strains to test and commercialize their strains in an open and transparent manner. ACE was recently sold to the Labat Group – a Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) listed company who recognize the value of African Medical and Industrial Cannabis strains.
By focusing on Cannabis and property, George aims to help resolve persistent issues of self-sufficiency for small-scale farmers, and thereby alleviate economic impoverishment and environmental degradation. Working to leverage the benefits of commerce and technology to improve the lives of subsistence cannabis farmers in Africa will remain his primary professional goal.
